We want you to love your purchase from carolinecree.com. But if something is not right, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help. Email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call 660-269-0013 to speak with us. If we are not available, leave a message and we will return your phone call within one business day.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED. Email us at email@example.com to receive a return authorization code.
We will gladly accept returns on all items that have not been worn and are in new condition. If you return any items that show signs of wear, we will have to send it back to you at your cost.
When trying your shoe on for fit, please do so on a clean, carpeted surface! Do not try them on outside or on concrete. Any item that looks like it has been walked in is not returnable.
It’s also important that the original box is returned in new condition. This is part of our product offering and it must be included. Do not attach any shipping labels to the shoe box. The included dust bag must also be returned. Returned items with damaged boxes or missing dust bags will be charged $10 per item.
Refunds are available within 20 days from the date of delivery. Once we receive your returned merchandise and confirm that its condition is acceptable (unworn) then we will credit your refund to your credit card.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
If your order has been sent to a destination within New York, all sales taxes will be refunded.
Please note, original shipping fees paid for by International orders will NOT be refunded. Unfortunately on international sales, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable, however, you may be able to recover these fees by contacting your local customs bureau.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with conditions above. If your return is not accepted, it will be shipped back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. Please contact us if you have questions about this policy.
Prices listed on our Website do not include sales tax. We are required by law to charge sales tax in applicable jurisdictions. Any sales tax charged will be calculated and displayed for your approval prior to final confirmation of your order.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from carolinecree.com, you expressly acknowledge that you are the importer and agree to comply with all laws and regulations of your country.
It is worth noting that international shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
We may provide certain product information, such as a description to our international carriers, and/or customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and compliance with local laws.
If your order is a gift, we will indicate that fact on any manifest or other documentation, but customs authorities may require that we disclose the value of the product on the package.
While we strive to ensure that all of our products are checked for defects, occasionally a defect may pass unnoticed. If that happens, please contact us immediately.
Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the colors you see on your screen are exactly what will arrive at your house. If you aren’t happy with anything, we will be happy to refund your money.

We value our customers, and we will not share any personally identifiable customer information, except where necessary for us to complete certain transactions. For example, we use a third party shopping cart. Information is passed to them to complete your order. This third party does not share your information.
We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate, which encrypts all order information you submit through our Website. We cannot, however, guarantee that our security measures will absolutely prevent unauthorized access to or loss of data. Having proper antivirus software on your computer can help you protect your information from phishing.
